2025 1099-K Forms

What is a 1099-K form?

A 1099-K is an informational tax document that reports the gross amount of payments processed through a payment platform. It is used for IRS reporting purposes only and does not determine how much tax you owe.

Will I receive a 1099-K form?

Card Payments

If your business processed more than $20,000 and 200 transactions in card payments during 2025, you will receive a 1099-K from our payment processor, Finix, by the end of February 2026.

Pay at Close Payments

If your business processed more than $20,000 and 200 transactions in Pay at Close payments during 2025, you will receive a 1099-K from Titus by the end of February 2026.

If applicable, your 1099-K form will be available within your Titus dashboard.

Does Titus provide additional tax or accounting resources?

Yes. Within the Reporting section of your business dashboard, you’ll find two helpful reports:

Sales Activity Report

This report shows transaction activity during the selected time period, including:

  • Sales
  • Refunds
  • Chargebacks

This report is commonly used for accounting, exports, and tax preparation.

Payout Reconciliation Report

This report provides a detailed breakdown of the funds deposited into your bank account. It can help you:

  • Reconcile Titus deposits with your bank statements
  • Understand how fees, refunds, and adjustments impacted each payout

Please note: this report reflects cash movement and payout activity, not taxable income totals.
