2025 1099-K Forms

What is a 1099-K form?

A 1099-K is an informational document that reports the gross payments processed through a platform. It’s for IRS reporting only and does not determine how much tax you owe.

Will I get a 1099-K form?

  • Card payments: if your business processed over $600 in card payments in 2025, you will receive a 1099-K from our processor, Finix, by the end of February 2026.

  • Pay at close payments: if your business processed over $600 in pay at close payments in 2025, you will receive a 1099-K from Titus by the end of February 2026.

Does Titus have other tax and accounting resources?

Yes! In the reporting page of your business dashboard, you will see two reports:

  • Sales Activity: This report shows transaction activity (sales, refunds, and chargebacks) during the selected period. It’s commonly used for accounting, exports, and tax preparation.

  • Payout Reconciliation: This report shows a detailed breakdown of funds deposited to your bank. Useful for reconciling Titus deposits with your bank statement and understanding how fees, refunds, and adjustments affected each payout. This report reflects cash movement, not taxable totals.
