Adding the closing details

Once your home is in contract, you can add the closing details in your Titus account. This allows us to send an invoice to the closing team so you can repay your loan through the proceeds of your sale.

1. Log in to your account
2. Click the button that says Add closing info
3. Add the closing details for the title, escrow, or law office handling your closing
