Once your home is in contract, you can add the closing details in your Titus account. This allows us to send an invoice to the closing team so you can repay your loan through the proceeds of your sale.
- Log in to your account at www.gotitus.com
- Click on the button that says add closing info
- Add the closing details
- Titus automatically emails a copy of the invoice to the title, escrow, or law firm your entered
Once the closing info is entered, please follow up with the closing agent to confirm they received the invoice.
