How do I change my notification settings in my Titus Dashboard?

 

Change your email notification settings by following the instructions below:

Businesses:

  1. Log in to your account at www.gotitus.com using the phone number on file
  2. Click on “Settings” on the top right of your dashboard
  3. Select “Account”
  4. Scroll down to “Notification Settings”
  5. Toggle on/off the settings you want to update
  6. Click “Save Changes”

Agents:

  1. Log in to your account at www.gotitus.com using the phone number on file
  2. Click on “Settings” on the left side of the dashboard
  3. Select “General”
  4. Scroll down to “Notification Settings”
  5. Toggle on/off the settings you want to update
  6. Click “Save Changes”

Homeowners:

  1. Log in to your account at www.gotitus.com using the phone number on file
  2. Click on the circle with your initials in the top right corner of the page
  3. Select “Security and Privacy”
  4. Scroll down to “Notification Settings”
  5. Toggle on/off the settings you want to update
  6. Click “Save Changes”
