Adding another listing to my account

Agent accounts only.

Once an agent has a Titus account, they can easily add additional listings without having to reapply each time. An agent can obtain a pay at close loan up to 1.5% of the list price for each active listing. 

1. Log in to your account at www.gotitus.com
2. Click on the orange button to + Add listing
3. Add the listing details
4. Once the listing shows up on your dashboard, click the > for more details
5. Inside the listing, click the orange button to Use Funds
6. Accept the loan terms
