How do I add another user to my Titus account? Businesses only
Super Admins on a business account can add a user by following the steps below:
- Log in to your Titus account at www.gotitus.com
- Click on “Settings” on the top right of the screen
- Click on the “Users” module
- In the Users section, click the orange “+ Add User” button
- Enter the user’s phone number
- Enter the user’s first and last name (optional)
- Choose the user’s role from the dropdown menu (Super Admin or Admin*)
- Click “Add User” to confirm

Once completed, the user will receive a text message with instructions to sign up. They will be required to enter their identifying information to complete ID verification. After verification is complete, they will be added to your account.
*Super Admins have full account access, including access to bank account information and other sensitive settings.
