Issuing a refund to a client
If a client overpays or cancels, you can easily issue a refund through your Titus dashboard.
- Log in to your account
- Find the corresponding payment either on your home screen or under the Projects tab
- Click on the > next to the listing for more details
- Choose 'Refund' and then Full or Partial Amount
- Enter the amount to be refunded
- You will need to re-enter your bank details to confirm where the refund will come from
- Once the bank account is entered, click 'Confirm'
We have a 30-day cancellation period. Neither party will be charged fees on the refunded amount if it's within this timeframe. If an amount is refunded after 30 days, we will keep the initial business processing fee.
