How do I log in to my Titus account?

All Titus users sign in using the phone number associated with their account. This phone number serves as part of our identity verification process and helps keep your account secure.

How to Log In
  1. Go to www.gotitus.com/login.
  2. Enter the phone number associated with your account.
  3. Enter the verification code sent to your phone.
  4. Complete the login process.

If you're experiencing issues logging in, try signing out completely at www.gotitus.com/logout and then logging back in.

Logging In with an Email Verification Code

Business users who have an email address associated with their account may also have the option to receive a one-time verification code by email instead of text message.

To use email verification:
  1. Go to the Titus login page.
  2. Enter your login information as usual.
  3. Select Email Me a Code Instead.
  4. Check your inbox for the verification code.
  5. Enter the code to complete your login.

Note: Email verification is available only for business accounts. Homeowners and agents must log in using the phone number and verification code associated with their account.

Phone Number Changes

For security reasons, the phone number associated with a Titus account cannot be changed by users or by the Titus Support team.
