How do I view analytics for my business?
The Analytics Dashboard gives you a centralized view of your business performance, making it easy to monitor payments, invoices, customers, and overall activity over time.
Note: The Analytics Dashboard is being rolled out gradually. If you do not see Analytics in your dashboard yet, it will become available soon.
Accessing Analytics
- Sign in to your Titus business account.
- From the navigation menu, select Insights → Analytics.
What You Can View
The Analytics Dashboard is organized into the following sections:
Revenue
Track gross revenue over the selected period with trend charts and period totals.
Revenue reporting includes:
- Gross revenue totals
- Revenue trends over time
Pay at Close
View a breakdown of your payment mix for Pay at Close volume.
This section is shown only for businesses that accept card payments.
Transactions
Monitor transaction activity and payment performance, including:
- Transaction count
- Transaction volume
- Average order value
- Refund totals
- Tips collected
- Payment status breakdowns
Payment statuses include:
- Succeeded
- Refunded
- Failed
- Pending
You can also review card payment success and failure rates over time.
Customers
Understand customer growth and retention with:
- New customer trends
- Returning customer trends
- New versus returning customer comparisons over time
- Top customers
- Top brokerages
Invoicing
Monitor invoice activity, including:
- Invoice counts
- Paid balances
- Outstanding balances
- Aging bucket summaries
Selecting a Time Period
A single date-range filter at the top of the page applies to every analytics section.
Available filters include:
- Last 3 months
- Last 6 months
- Last 12 months
- Year to date
- Custom date range
You can also enable Previous Period Comparison to overlay results from the prior period of equal length, making it easier to identify trends and changes in performance over time.

Analytics are designed to help you quickly identify trends and monitor business performance.
Current reporting focuses on:
Revenue Performance
Track revenue growth, tips collected, and overall business performance over time.
Customer Trends
Monitor new customer acquisition and returning customer activity to better understand retention and growth.
Payments
Track successful payment volume, refunds, pending payments, failed payments, and overall transaction activity.
Invoices
View invoice counts, paid balances, outstanding balances, and aging summaries.
Payment Performance
Review card payment success and failure rates to better understand payment activity and identify potential issues.
Exporting Data
Export functionality is currently in development.
In the meantime, transaction data can be exported as a CSV file from the All Transactions page.
User Access
Analytics is available to users who have access to the business dashboard. Visibility follows your existing account permissions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do analytics include failed transactions?
Revenue and transaction totals reflect completed transactions. Failed, refunded, and pending payments are displayed separately within payment status reporting where applicable.
How often is the dashboard updated?
Analytics data refreshes in near real time, typically within a few minutes of a payment or invoice event.
Can I export analytics data?
Analytics itself has no export yet. Transaction-level data can be exported as CSV from Reporting → Sales activity.
Who can access Analytics?
Analytics visibility follows your existing business dashboard permissions. Users with access to business reporting can view Analytics.
