How do refunds work?

All refunds will need to be initiated through your Titus account.

Refunds for card payment and pay at close transactions

  1. Log in at www.gotitus.com with the phone number you used at sign up
  2. Once logged into your Titus dashboard, click Payments on the left sidebar
  3. Click on Transactions
  4. Find the corresponding transaction and click the > for more details
  5. Click Refund payment
  6. Choose Full or Partial amount
  7. Enter the amount to refund
  8. Choose ACH or debit card for the refund
  9. Click Confirm

Processing Time

Refunds can take up to 5-7 business days to process. For credit and debit card transactions, the refunds will be deducted from a future payout once the refund clears. For pay at close transactions, the refund will be deducted from your ACH or debit account once the refund clears.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 7-day cancellation period for pay at close funds only. Neither party will be charged fees on the refunded amount if it's within this timeframe. If an amount is refunded after 7 days, we will keep the initial pay at close processing fee. 

Fees for credit and debit card payments are non refundable.
