How do refunds work?

All refunds will need to be initiated through your Titus account.

Card Payment Refunds

  1. Log in at www.gotitus.com with the phone number you used at sign up
  2. Once logged into your Titus dashboard, click Payments on the left sidebar
  3. Find the corresponding transaction and click the > for more details
  4. Click Refund payment
  5. Choose Full or Partial amount
  6. Enter the amount and click Confirm
  7. Refunds will go through automatically

Pay at Close Payment Refunds

Pay at close payments are returned via ACH transfer. Here are the steps to complete the refund. 

  1. Log in at www.gotitus.com with the phone number you used at sign up
  2. Once logged into your Titus dashboard, click Projects on the left sidebar
  3. Find the corresponding transaction and click the > for more details
  4. Click Refund payment
  5. Choose Full or Partial amount
  6. Enter the amount to be refunded
  7. You will need to re-enter your bank details to confirm where the refund will come from
  8. Once the bank account is entered, click 'Confirm'

We have a 30-day cancellation period for pay at close funds. Neither party will be charged fees on the refunded amount if it's within this timeframe. If an amount is refunded after 30 days, we will keep the initial pay at close processing fee.
