How to add Pay at Close to your invoices and proposals

There are two ways to offer Pay at Close to your clients.

Option 1: Send invoices directly from Titus

With Titus invoicing, your client receives a single link and chooses how to pay, by card or at close, without leaving the page. 

This is the best option if you want everything in one place: card payments, Pay at Close, renewal schedules, and incidental authorization all connected to a single invoice. It is the most seamless customer payment experience.

To get started:

1. Click Invoices in the left panel of your Titus dashboard
2. You'll be prompted to complete a short card processing application (~10 min)
3. Once approved, you can create and send invoices directly from Titus

Option 2: Add Pay at Close to your existing invoicing tool

If you're already using HoneyBook, Dubsado, Proposify, QuickBooks, or another tool and don't want to change your invoicing workflow, you can paste your Titus Pay at Close link directly into your existing proposals and invoices.

Your clients click the link, apply through Titus, and you get paid immediately. 

To get started:

1. Find your pay link and estimate link by clicking 'Get Paid' in the top right corner of your Titus home page
