How do I refund a client? (HDPhotoHub)

Refunds must be issued through your Titus dashboard.

Refunds cannot be issued from within HDPhotoHub.

How to issue a refund

  1. Log in to www.gotitus.com using the phone number you used to sign up.

  2. From the left sidebar, click Payments.

  3. Select Transactions.

  4. Locate the transaction you want to refund.

  5. Click the > icon to open the transaction details.

  6. Click Issue refund.

  7. Choose Full Refund or Partial Refund.

  8. Enter the refund amount.

  9. Select the refund method (ACH or debit card).

  10. Click Confirm.


Processing time

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to complete.

  • Pay at Close transactions: The refunded amount will be withdrawn from your connected ACH or debit account once the refund is processed.


Pay at Close cancellation window

Pay at Close transactions have a 7-day cancellation window.

If a refund is issued within 7 days of the transaction being approved:

  • The Pay at Close processing fee (3.99%) will be waived.

If a refund is issued after 7 days:

  • The original Pay at Close processing fee will not be refunded.
