How to repay through closing

Congrats on your upcoming sale!

There are two ways to repay at close:

Via flow of funds

You can repay via the flow of funds when the home sells. 

1. Once you know the title, escrow, or law office that will be handling your sale, log into your Titus dashboard
2. Click the button that says Add closing info
3. Add the contact information for the title, escrow, or law office handling your closing
4. Titus will automatically send them an invoice, which they will pay from the flow of funds

Via a linked card

If your balance is less than $2,500, you can repay automatically via a linked card three days after the home sells.

1. When applying to pay at close or at any time in your dashboard, turn on AutoPay
2. Add a debit card or linked bank account
3. Titus will charge this payment method three days after the home sells
