How to know if a client is approved
You will receive an email notification any time a client signs up with your custom Titus link letting you know if the client was approved or denied. You can also view the clients' approval status in your Titus dashboard under the Projects tab.
Reasons for denial include an applicant not meeting our minimum credit score or, for homeowners, insufficient equity in the home or lack of proof of ownership. Approximately 84% of applicants are approved.
