How do I know if my client signed up and was approved for Titus pay at close?

You will receive an email notification anytime a client signs up using your custom Titus link, including whether they were approved or denied. You can also view your clients and their approval status in your Titus dashboard under the Projects tab. To see more details, click the > on the right side of the listing.

If a client is denied, it is typically due to not meeting our minimum credit score requirements or, for homeowners, insufficient equity or lack of proof of ownership. Approximately 84% of applicants are approved.

*If you are not seeing a client in your projects tab, they may not have listed you as the originating business on their application. Please email us and we can get you added!
