Invoice Default Settings

You can configure default settings for your invoices so you do not have to set them up each time. These defaults apply to every new invoice you create, but you can always override them on individual invoices.

Where to Find Invoice Settings

From your Titus dashboard, go to Settings > Invoices.

Available Invoice Settings

The following defaults can be configured in Invoice Settings:

  • Due Date: Set the default number of days until payment is due.
  • Late Fees: Enable and set a default late fee amount or percentage.
  • Overdue Reminders: Schedule automatic email reminders for unpaid invoices.
  • Sales Tax Rate: Enter a default tax rate to apply to invoices where applicable.
  • Notes: Add default notes that appear on every invoice (e.g., thank-you message or service details).
  • Terms and Conditions: Include default payment terms or legal language on all invoices.
