Invoice Payment Methods

Titus invoices support two payment methods: card payments and Pay at Close financing. You control which options are available to your customers.

Card Payments

Customers can pay invoices using any major credit or debit card. Card payments are processed immediately and funds are deposited to your account on the normal payout schedule.

Pay at Close Financing

Pay at Close allows customers to defer payment until their home sale closes. When a customer selects Pay at Close and is approved, Titus sends you the funds up front. The customer repays Titus either at closing, or in 6 months, whichever comes first.

Controlling Payment Options

By default, both payment methods are available. To adjust which methods are offered, you can toggle on/off either payment method when creating the invoice.

Tips

  • Offering Pay at Close can increase your average order value by removing the upfront cost barrier for customers.
