Can I edit an invoice after it's been sent?
Yes, you can edit a sent invoice as long as it has not been paid. Open the invoice, make your changes, and save. The customer will receive an updated version if you resend it.
What if my customer hasn't received their invoice?
Ask your customer to check their spam or junk folder. You can also resend the invoice from the invoice detail page by clicking Resend. Make sure the email address on the invoice is correct before resending.
Why is my invoice showing as overdue?
An invoice shows as overdue when the due date has passed and payment has not been received. Check the due date on the invoice and follow up with your customer. You can also update the due date if needed.
How do I delete an invoice?
To delete an invoice, open it and click the Delete option from the actions menu. Note that paid invoices cannot be deleted. If you need to reverse a paid invoice, contact Titus support.
