My client signed up, but I still haven't received a payment

If you see a client listed in your dashboard, but you have not received a payment, it could be one of the following reasons:

  • Payment is still 'Pending'. Depending on your bank, ACH transfers could take up to 24 hours to process.
  • The client is approved, but they still need to log back into their Titus account to accept their loan terms and click Send funds.
  • The client has insufficient funds remaining in their Titus account.
