If your Pay at Close loan is locked—for example, because it is past due or the associated listing is no longer active—you may still receive renewal or incidental invoices from a business. These invoices can still be paid, and a card payment option will always be available so you are not blocked from completing payment.   ### How it works Renewal and incidental invoices automatically carry over the payment options from the original invoice. If Pay at Close is unavailable, you will be able to use card payments for your renewals and incidentals. When you open a renewal or incidental invoice: - You’ll see the total amount due, along with any photos or notes provided by the business. - Select **“Pay”** to proceed to the payment page. - Choose **card payment** (Pay at Close will be disabled or hidden if your loan is locked). - Enter your card details and complete the transaction. Once payment is completed, you will receive an email receipt, and the business will also receive a confirmation. --- ### FAQ **Why is Pay at Close not available on this invoice?** Pay at Close is linked to an active, chargeable loan. If the loan is past due, closed, or otherwise no longer eligible, you can use card payments for your renewals and incidentals. **Does paying by card affect my loan?** No. Renewal and incidental invoices are separate from your original loan balance. Paying by card only settles the specific invoice and does not impact the status of your loan. **Will I be charged a card fee?** Card fees depend on the business’s checkout settings. The total shown on the invoice will already include any applicable fees. Still stuck?
