Navigating your Titus business dashboard.
The Titus Business Dashboard provides a central location for managing your business, tracking performance, and accessing customer and payment information. From the dashboard, you can manage your business settings, view analytics, monitor payouts, and quickly search for invoices, transactions, customers, and projects.
Accessing Your Dashboard
- Log in to your Titus account.
- Use the navigation menu to access your dashboard tools and settings.
- Settings, Help, and Get Paid are available from the top navigation bar on every page.
Navigation and Search
The Titus dashboard is designed to help you quickly access the information you need.
Top Navigation Bar
The top navigation bar is available throughout the platform and provides access to:
- Settings
- Help
- Get Paid
- Omni Search
Omni Search
The Omni Search bar is available in the dashboard header and allows you to search across your Titus account from anywhere in the platform.
You can search for:
- Projects
- Customers
- Invoices
- Transactions
Search results display the same status indicators used throughout the dashboard, making it easy to identify records quickly.
Sidebar Navigation
The left navigation sidebar can be collapsed into an icon-only view to maximize workspace.
Your preference is automatically saved and remembered the next time you log in.
Insights
Reporting and Analytics are grouped under Insights in the navigation menu, providing a centralized location for business performance reporting.
Home Page Overview
The dashboard home page provides a snapshot of your business activity and performance.
Gross Revenue
The Gross Revenue card displays a cumulative revenue chart for the current month, allowing you to quickly monitor business performance.
Upcoming Payouts
The Upcoming Payouts card shows payouts that are scheduled to be deposited into your bank account, including estimated amounts and timing.
Recent Activity
The Recent Activity section consolidates your latest:
- Transactions
- Payouts
- Renewals (only available to
This provides a quick view of recent business activity without needing to navigate to multiple pages.
Insights (Analytics)
The Insights section gives you access to detailed business analytics and reporting.
You can filter reporting by:
- Last 3 months
- Last 6 months
- Last 12 months
- Year-to-date
- Custom date ranges
You can also enable a prior-period comparison to analyze trends over time.
Analytics are organized into the following categories:
- Revenue
- Transactions
- Customers
- Invoicing
Each analytics card includes a direct link to more detailed reporting.
Business Settings
The Business Settings page is your central hub for managing business information and account preferences.
To access Business Settings:
- Select Settings from the top navigation bar.
- Choose the section you want to manage.
Account
Update information that appears on invoices and customer communications, including:
- Business name
- Address
- Logo
- Contact information
Users
Manage user access and permissions by:
- Adding users
- Removing users
- Updating user roles
Bank account + Payment Methods
Manage payment and payout settings, including bank account information and payout preferences.
Notifications
Control email and in-app notifications for:
