Can I repay my Titus loan outside of closing?

You can repay your Titus loan outside of closing two ways: 

Pay now

  1. Log in to your account at www.gotitus.com
  2. Click on 'repay now'
  3. Follow the prompts to repay either by ACH transfer or debit card

There are no prepayment penalties or additional fees to repay outside of closing.

Paid via linked card

If your balance is less than $2,500, you can repay automatically via a linked card three days after the home sells. 

  • When applying to pay at close or at any time in your dashboard, turn on AutoPay
  • Add a debit card or linked bank account
  • Titus will charge this payment method three days after the home sells
