Requesting a refund from a business
Agents and homeowners can request a refund from a business they paid through Titus.
- Log in to your account
- Find the corresponding payment
- Click the > to the right of the payment for more details
- Click the orange button Request refund
- Enter the refund amount
- Click Submit
The requested refund will need to be approved by the corresponding business. Once accepted, refunds can take up to 5 business days to process.
