Requesting a refund from a business

Agents and homeowners can request a refund from a business they paid through Titus.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Find the corresponding payment
  3. Click the > to the right of the payment for more details
  4. Click the orange button Request refund
  5. Enter the refund amount
  6. Click Submit

The requested refund will need to be approved by the corresponding business. Once accepted, refunds can take up to 5 business days to process.
