How do I send funds to a business through Pay at close?

Once you are approved through Titus, you can send funds to a business within the Titus network by following these steps:

Homeowners:

1. Log in at www.gotitus.com using the phone number you originally used to sign up
2. Click the orange “Send Funds” button
3. Select “+ Select a recipient”
4. Search for and choose a business from the dropdown
5. Enter the payment amount and click “Continue”
6. Confirm the payment

Agents:

1. Log in at www.gotitus.com using the phone number you originally used to sign up
2. Click the “>” next to the listing you want to send funds from
3. Select “Use Funds”
4. Search for and choose a business from the dropdown
5. Enter the payment amount and click “Continue”
6. Confirm the payment

Funds are sent via direct ACH bank transfer. Most banks process deposits within 24 hours.

As of April 17, 2026, Titus does not support self-disbursements or disbursements to vendors outside of the Titus network.
