What are the repayment plan options?
If you are repaying outside of a home sale, you have the option to enter a repayment plan instead of paying all at once.
To see your repayment options, click "Repay now" inside your dashboard.
You will see the following repayment plan options:
| Balance | < $5,000 | $5,000 and $15,000 | $15,000 and $25,000 | Over $25,000 |
| Option 1 | Two payments over two months | Six payments over three months | 12 payments over six months | 24 payments over 12 months |
| Option 2 | Six payments over six months | Twelve payments over six months | 24 payments over 12 months | 48 payments over 24 months |
