What fees does Titus charge to use their service? 

Titus offers two types of payment solutions: Pay at Close and Card Processing. Fees vary depending on which product is used.

Pay at Close (Business and Borrower Rates)

For Pay at Close transactions:

  • Businesses are charged a percentage-based fee (typically 3.99%) of the transaction amount.

  • Borrowers may be charged a fee ranging from 0% up to 8%, depending on state regulations and underwriting criteria.

Borrower fees, if applicable, are disclosed in the agreement prior to acceptance.

Card Processing (Pay Now, Business Rates Only)

When using Titus as a card processor, businesses are typically charged:

  • 2.99% of the transaction amount

  • $0.30 per transaction
