What fees are charged

Titus offers two types of payment solutions: Pay at Close and Card Processing. Fees vary depending on which product is used.

For Pay at Close transactions:

Businesses are charged a percentage-based fee (typically 3.99%) of the transaction amount.
Borrowers may be charged a fee ranging from 0% up to 8%, depending on state regulations and underwriting criteria.

Borrower fees, if applicable, are disclosed in the agreement prior to acceptance.
