What is Titus Invoicing?
Titus Invoicing is a billing tool built specifically for home staging and real estate service businesses. It lets you create, send, and manage invoices directly from your Titus dashboard, with features designed around the way staging businesses actually operate.
Why Titus Invoicing Is Different
Most invoicing tools (like Dubsado, HoneyBook, or QuickBooks) are designed for general service businesses. Titus Invoicing is purpose-built for real estate services, which means it includes features you will not find anywhere else:
Pay at close built into checkout. When your client receives a Titus invoice, they can choose to pay by credit or debit card right away, or apply for Titus Pay at Close financing and defer payment until their home sells.

Automated recurring billing. Set up monthly charges for staging furniture rentals and renewals. Titus automatically charges the card on file, sends reminders before each charge, and issues receipts after. No more chasing down renewal payments.

Incidentals and damage protection. Require a card on file for lost, stolen, or damaged staging items. Set a charge limit and define your incidentals policy. Customers agree to it at checkout. If something goes wrong, you can charge the card on file up to your limit.

Tied to properties. Every invoice can be linked to a specific property address, keeping your billing organized by project and home sale.
