Unable to pass identity verification screen
All applicants and businesses signing up with Titus will need to complete an identity verification section. If you are having difficulty getting through this section, please consider the following possible causes.
Name Variations
Be sure to use your full, legal name. Entering shortened names or nicknames often won't pass identity verification. You may also need to include your maiden name if your last name was recently changed.
Current Address
Make sure to use your personal, current address listed on your drivers license or identification card.
Date of Birth
Be sure to check for any typos in your date of birth.
