Why is my Titus loan locked?

Pay at close loans are locked for the following reasons.

• A payoff invoice was already sent to your escrow or title company to be paid through close
• It is within 14 days of your close date
• Your loan is past due

A locked loan prevents account holders from accessing funds. However, it does not prevent repayment. To repay, you can click 'I want to repay now instead.'
