An account is locked
Pay at close accounts are locked for the following reasons.
- A payoff invoice was already sent to your escrow or title company to be paid through close
- It is within 14 days of your close date
- Your loan is past due
A locked account prevents account holders from accessing funds. However, it does not prevent repayment. To repay, you can click 'I want to repay now instead.'
